Bid Title: Emergency Operations Plan Update
Category: Administration Status: Open Description: The City of Laguna Niguel (“City”) invites highly qualified consultants (“Proposers”) to submit written Proposals (“Proposals”) to coordinate, facilitate, and prepare an update to the City of Laguna Niguel’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) as identified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The development of this EOP will be an inclusive citywide planning process and include the following participants: City of Laguna Niguel, Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD), Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), local special districts, utility providers, and other contracted response partners.
