RFP 2025-27OPED PROBLEM GAMBLING SURVEY	REQUEST FOR QUOTES Problem Gambling Survey #2025-27OPED The City of Holyoke, Massachusetts, seeks quotes from qualified firms to develop and administer a survey to assess gambling attitudes and behaviors as well as risk for problem gambling, in support of the Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED) and the Mass Gaming Mitigation Fund grant. Documents will be available starting on March 3, 2025 at 10AM and can be requested electronically from morrowj@holyoke.org The Office of Planning and Economic Development (OPED) is seeking a professional to develop and administer a survey to assess gambling attitudes and behaviors as well as risk for problem gambling. The survey will be designed to provide information that will assist the City of Holyoke in developing an action plan to prevent problem gambling and connect people who experience problem gambling to needed culturally appropriate support and resources.	3/3/2025 @ 10AM	3/18/2025 @ 2PM
