CUNY ASAP Promotional Items

Project Description:	THIS SOLICITATION IS LIMITED TO ONLY NYS MWBE-CERTIFIED VENDORS The City University of New York seeks promotional items for the ASAP and ACE programs. Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law andState Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law. As such, CUNY has not established subcontracting goals for this procurement. NYS-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs are strongly encouraged to respond back to this solicitation. Quotes from vendors that do not meet the certification criteria indicated above will not be evaluated. Please review all attachments. Last Date for Questions: Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM. RFQ Due Date: Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 4:00PM. Vendor MUST complete the RFQ Form and price breakdown sheet and submit via email (Adam.Schwartz@.cuny.edu).
