Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend

The City of Laconia Recreation and Facilities Department is requesting proposals for the

purchase of one (1) Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend. Detailed specifications are provided

below.

Vehicle_Specifications

One (1) new, Oxford White, 2025 or 2026 model year Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend; 1.5L

EcoBoost engine; 4x4 drivetrain; 8-speed automatic transmission.

Required Features:

• Preferred Equipment Package - Big Bend Standard Package (200A)

• Convenience Package

• Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+

• 17" carbonized gray-painted high gloss aluminum wheels

• 225/65R17 102H all-season (A/S) BSW tires

• Body-color roof

• LED fog lamps

• Front and rear splash guards

• Liftgate privacy curtains

• Front license plate bracket

No substitutions will be accepted unless approved in writing by the City of Laconia.

Delivery Requirements

Delivery location: 306 Union Ave, Laconia, NH 03246

Delivery timeframe shall be clearly stated in the proposal.

Warranty Requirements

Manufacturer's standard new vehicle warranty (minimum 3-year/36,000-mile bumper-to-

bumper).

Powertrain warranty (minimum 5-year/60,000-mile).

Any additional warranties or extended coverage options should be clearly identified.

Questions and Addenda

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email no later than 4:00 PM

on June 19, 2026, to kbullerwell@laconianh.gov.

Responses to questions and any resulting addenda will be posted on the City of Laconia website

at https://www.laconianh.gov/Bids.aspx no later than June 22, 2026.

It is the responsibility of all proposers to check the website for issued addenda prior to

submission.

Submissions

Interested firms are encouraged to submit two (2) proposals in a sealed envelope to the City

of Laconia Purchasing Department, 45 Beacon Street East, Laconia, NH 03246 by 2:30pm

on Friday 06/26/2026 to be considered. Submissions must be labeled "RFP No. 26-06-

09P Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend" Postmarks and other timestamps will not be accepted in

lieu of actual delivery to be considered. Emailed submissions will not be accepted.

The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or any

part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered

to be in the best interest of the City. Failure to submit all information called for may be

sufficient grounds for disqualification. The City of Laconia reserves the right to cancel this

Request for Proposals at any time for any reason.
