The Roseville City School District will receive a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) from providers of dry and frozen Paper & Packaging products for the District’s Child Nutrition Program.

China Prohibition Certification Notification

Attachment 19 “China Prohibition Certification” is not included in the RFP but it is included in the

checklist with documents that must be submitted in the proposal

Respondents are hereby notified that the China Prohibition Certification, as referenced on Page

5 of the required documents, is not applicable to this procurement and shall not be required as

part of the proposal submission for paper and packaging products.

• March 12, 2026 through March 27, 2026 - Evaluation of Proposals
• March 16, 2026 through March 20, 2026 - Vendor Interviews (if necessary)
• March 31, 2026 - Estimated date of RFP Letters of Intent to Award sent to Vendor(s) and Non-Acceptance Letters sent to participants
• April 1, 2026 - Submission for Board Agenda of Recommendation to Award
• April 15, 2026 - Estimated date of approval and award by the Board of Trustees
• April 16, 2026 - Contract Start Date
