Request for Bids - Automated External Defibrillators (AED) Replacement

The City of Mission will receive sealed bids from qualified firms to purchase twenty (20) AED units and two (2) training units to replace aging equipment until 4PM, September 11, 2026, at Mission Police Department, at which time, the bids received will be opened and publicly read. Any contract that may be awarded in response to this Notice to Bidders shall be selected and offered at the complete and sole discretion of the City of Mission. The City of Mission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids.

Each bid shall be made on printed forms included with these bid documents. Bids shall be submitted to the Mission Police Department at 6090 Woodson St, Mission, KS 66202 in sealed envelopes and shall be marked “City of Mission, KS – AED Replacement”.  Bids received after the time and date above specified shall be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
