The City reserves the right to award to one vendor or multiplevendors based on equipment type and/or manufacturer, whichever is advantageous tothe City.The City currently has equipment at various locations. The number of equipment issubject to change and the City reserves the right to either add or delete equipmentand/or frequency of services.Services will begin according to the signed contract between the Contractor and theCity.
