Police Station Architectual Design & Engineering Services RFQ Documents

The Village of West Dundee (Village) is seeking qualifications for full architectural (preliminary and final) and engineering (preliminary-Phase I and final-Phase II) services for the design of the new West Dundee Police Station. A minimum of twenty years of experience in architectural design is desired for the proposed lead Project Manager.

The Architect and Engineering Team shall perform and carry out, in a professional and satisfactory manner, the necessary services required to complete the requirements included in this project. The Village will provide a qualified staff member to assist in Village decisions and interpretations during the design process.

The services to be provided related to this proposal are described in the Minimum Scope of Services section of this proposal. All work must adhere to Village standards as required.

**Architect shall be lead on the project and Engineer shall be a sub to the architect. **
