The City of Cottonwood is soliciting sealed proposals for Stage Production Services from an experienced individual/firm with direct experience in these services. Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the service specified will be received by the City of Cottonwood, Purchasing Division via the City’s eProcurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cottonwoodaz . Background

The City of Cottonwood hosts the Thunder Valley Rally (TVR) event annually each fall (September) at the Riverfront Park located at 1284 E. Riverfront Road, Cottonwood, AZ. This event features musical band stage performances throughout the weekend as well as food and retail vendors. Having a quality company provide production services for the performances is critical.
