Description: INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS R. F. P. 25-11 ROOF SYSTEMS CONSULTING, INSPECTION, DESIGN PHASE & CONSTRUCTION ADMNISTRATION SERVICES, CITY OF ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for roofing systems consulting, inspection, design and construction administration services until 2:00 p.m., local time Friday, January 24, 2025.  Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address..  Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing roof inspections, consultation services, design and administrative services for occupied facilities and other support facilities owned by the City of Annapolis. Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-Proposal Meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., local time, via Google Meet. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
