Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SEALED BID" and bear the bid number,item, and bidder's name. Bids improperly marked, submitted, and/or received after the bid openingmay be rejected unless lateness is due to other than the bidder's fault -- such as mail or deliveryerrors. The generator and automatic transferswitch have been purchased separately and will be delivered to the CITY OF ADA WastewaterTreatment Plant, 1800 N. Mississippi, Ada, OK. Offloading shall be performed by the Bidder. Allwork shall comply with National Electrical Code (NEC), Oklahoma Electrical Safety Code (OESC),Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) regulations, OAC Title 252, WastewaterTreatment Facility Construction Standards, and all applicable City of Ada engineering standards.Turn-key installation shall include:• Construction of generator pad. Generator pad location to be proposed by bidder.Bidder shall construct generator pad first to provide for generator offloading. Padinspection to be performed by City personnel. Grading will be considered incidental toconstruction and shall be included in the bid price.• Offloading generator equipment with certified rigging and operators.
