THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) AS DEFINED IN SECTION 287.012 (22), FLORIDA STATUTES. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. Valencia College is requesting information and industry insight to ensure that all digital content, including course materials and documents, is accessible, which may support the following objectives:

A.        Improve the accessibility of digital content to ensure that all users can engage with materials in formats that best suit their learning needs.

B.        Provide real-time accessibility insights for content, helping users identify and address accessibility issues promptly.

C.        Offer guidance and support to users in creating accessible materials.

D.        Provide comprehensive reporting on accessibility issues to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with accessibility standards.
