Description: RFP Notice 2026-32 Livingston County (the “County”) is soliciting proposals for the selection of an energy services company (ESCO) to implement a comprehensive energy efficiency and clean energy technologies improvement project. Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 11:00 a.m. October 1, 2026 in accordance with the proposal documents.
