Summary:	The City of Austin ("City") is seeking qualified vendors to provide telecommunications services that enhance connectivity and support service delivery across existing and future City locations. This effort aims to establish a reliable, scalable, and cost-effective communications infrastructure that meets current operational demands and future growth. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a full suite of services including internet, voice, data, and network support to strengthen the City’s IT capabilities. All services shall adhere to industry’s best practices, meet established performance standards, and comply with applicable regulatory and security requirements. The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors at its sole discretion to best meet the diverse needs of the City.
