Bid Title:	2024 City Hall Refresh

Description: This project shall be conducted in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents, all of which may be obtained as per section A-2 of this Notice Inviting Bids.    A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m at City Hall, 300 First Street, Woodland, CA.   The project consists of the following to be completed at City Hall between December 24, 2024 and January 1, 2025: Wallpaper removal in multiple rooms Wood paneling removal in multiple rooms Wall repair, texture, and paint walls and ceilings in multiple areas Remove lighting and fixtures and replace with new lights and switches (material provided by the city) Remove carpet, prep floors and lay down new carpet in multiple areas (including stairs) Remove small wall separating coffee area in the second-floor conference room Replace counter, cabinets, and sink in coffee area in the second-floor conference room Job professionally cleaned when completed The City’s estimated cost of the improvements for base bid only is $120,000 to $140,000.
