Project Description: The City of Westerville is accepting proposals for a solution provider to provide and implement a comprehensive Automated Bulk Water Sales Solution for the City's Water Division. This solution shall modernize and streamline the City’s bulk water dispensing operations, providing automated payment processing, real-time monitoring, accurate metering, and comprehensive reporting capabilities for bulk water sales to commercial and residential customers.
