Description: The City of San Leandro, as the implementing agency, desires to solicit qualified proposals to develop Plan, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for the Uncontrolled Crosswalk Enhancement Project (“Project”) in accordance with this Request for Proposals (RFP). Award resulting from this RFP will be a fixed contract. The City of San Leandro is seeking a consultant firm to enter into a Consultant Services Agreement related to developing Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the Uncontrolled Crosswalk Enhancement Project (“Project”). The Project is located at various locations in the City of San Leandro.
