Project Description: The Town of Hilton Head Island (“Town”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified parties (“Offerors” or “Developers”) interested in purchasing +/- 4.55 acres of land, consisting of three (3) Town-owned adjacent parcels which were home to the former Modern Classic Motors site, located at 355 William Hilton Parkway on the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in Beaufort County, in accordance with the specifications provided herein.
