Notes	The City of Irving (the “City”) is requesting statement of qualifications from qualified firms or providers of professional engineering services for environmental compliance processes. The qualified firm or provider shall be selected and a contract will be awarded on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services; and for a fair and reasonable price. A public opening will be held via Zoom.  Please see the Activities tab for further details. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.
