The City is seeking a reliable drug and alcohol testing vendor to support its random drug and alcohol testing program for a three year contract term. We require a partner who can deliver excellent service, ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, and maintain full compliance with all applicable federal regulations.

Background

The City of Palo Alto is seeking drug and alcohol testing services in compliance with Regulations for Conducting Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Programs for Safety-Sensitive Employees under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and 49 CFR PART 40.
