NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the contract REMOVAL OF DECEASED
PERSONS FOR CORONER’S OFFICE on or before October 23, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The County of DuPage (“County”) seeks a qualified firm to provide removal of deceased persons to the
DuPage County Coroner’s Office. The Contractor will make a removal of deceased person from the
scene, from any location in the DuPage County Coroner’s judication.
