The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Miscellaneous: Work shall consist of approximately one rental truck scale, demolition of existing scale and building, grading, new scale building and two scales, utility services, paving, permitting and related items as indicated in the project documents.
