The Hancock County Engineer is seeking Letters of Interest (LoI) from qualified consulting firms for engineering design services for the Hancock-CR 88 - Sidewalks Project. Work includes design of approximately 3,630 feet of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along CR 88 from Dold Drive to Palm Drive, and an actuated pedestrian crossing at Nebraska Avenue.

Firms must meet applicable ODOT prequalification requirements, including Financial Management System Evaluation for all engineering and design-related services. Environmental documentation will follow a C2 Categorical Exclusion.

Deadline: 3:30 PM, February 27, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
