Project Description: This project is posted on behalf of the Alutiiq Tribe of Old Harbor (ATOH) and Old Harbor Native Corporation (OHNC) - please follow registration requirements identified in the Notice.
The Alutiiq Tribe of Old Harbor (ATOH) and Old Harbor Native Corporation (OHNC), invites contractors, subcontractors, and construction partners to participate in an industry engagement event and site tour for the Old Harbor Hydroelectric Project.
INTERESTED PARTIES MUST REGISTER FOR THE SITE TOUR AND TO ATTEND THE VIRTUAL Q&A SESSION..
Registration
Registration deadline: September 25, 2026.
Prime contractors, subcontractors, and other interested firms are encouraged to register. Each company may initially register up to two attendees for site visit. All interested parties are encouraged to participate during the virtual Q&A session.
Attendance is limited to sixteen participants due to lodging, local transportation, and community hosting capacity. Registration does not guarantee attendance. If interest exceeds available capacity, ANTHC may limit attendance and may be unable to accommodate every interested company or registrant. Additional attendees may be accommodated after the registration deadline if space remains available.
1. The registration for this site visit will be managed through Bonfire. Interested parties can register for the project here: https://anthc.bonfirehub.com/login. Project name is “On behalf of the Alutiiq Tribe of Old Harbor”. Reference number is ATOH #26-R-17258.
2. Bonfire will allow registered parties to upload questions to a secure site.
3. Parties interested in responding to this announcement must register with Bonfire no later than 9/25/2026.
4. All questions must be submitted no later than 9/28/2026.

• Company name
• Attendee name(s)
• Email address and telephone number for each attendee
• Designate either in-person or virtual attendance
