Project Description: Ada County (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Ada County Juvenile Services (“ACJS”) a modern, and configurable Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) Juvenile Case Management System (“CMS”) to support case intake, tracking, reporting, and outcomes management for youth in the juvenile justice system. The system must streamline case workflows, enhance data accuracy, support compliance with state and federal reporting requirements, and improve accessibility for staff and stakeholders.
