Notes	The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for the complete removal of existing equipment and the installation of a new make-up air unit and exhaust fan at the Faraon Street Pump Station. A prebid meeting and on-site visit will be held on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m at the Faraon Street Pump Station located at 6016 East Mitchell Avenue in St. Joseph. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of St. Joseph's electronic bidding system as it helps to expedite the bidding process and alleviate errors. No paper, emailed, or faxed submissions will be accepted. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
