A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00pm on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at the Public Services Administration Building at 500 Dedham Ave in Needham. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Please note that MassDOT prequalification under the “Traffic Signals” class of work is required for this contract. Submissions from bidders without this prequalification will not be considered as eligible. The estimated value of this contract is $504,858. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 1:00pm, March 27, 2025 to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline on March 27, 2025 at 1:00pm. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
