Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for FY 27 Demolition Round 1. The following properties must be demolished: 1006 Warren Street (Parcel ID: G-0035-41) 2117 Lillie Avenue (Parcel ID: B-0049-16) 412 Sturdevant Street (Parcel ID: H-0060-01) Demolition must be started within 15 days of awarded contract. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
