INVITATION TO BID TOWN OF WARREN BURR’S HILL PARK CONCRETE BLEACHERS REMOVAL & REGRADING NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The Town of Warren is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal and regrading of the existing concrete bleachers located at Burr’s Hill Park.

The Town of Warren hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement.

The Burr’s Hill Park Concrete Bleachers Repair or Rebuild Project specifications are in the attachment below or at the Town Clerks Office. Bid Documents are made available only to obtain offers for this project. Their use does not grant a license or permit for other purposes.

Sealed bids for Burr’s Hill Park Concrete Bleachers Removal & Regrading project will be received by the Town of Warren, Rhode Island, in the office of the Town Clerk, 514 Main Street, until 11:00 am on Friday, January 23 ^rd , 2026. After that time, they will be publicly opened and read in the Town Clerk's Office, on the 1st Floor of the Town Hall Building (514 Main Street, Warren, RI).

The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the Town.
