Bid Title: 2026 02 Youth Complex Fence
Category: Parks & Facilities Status: Open Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit and select a qualified contractor for the design, supply, and installation of a new fence structure at the Youth Complex ballfields located at the intersection of Wright St. and Diane Drive. The City is accepting proposals for either a 6-foot cedar privacy fence or a 6-foot commercial chain-link fence with black privacy slats. Any additional proposals utilizing alternative materials and/or methods are encouraged and should be submitted as a separate proposal.
Project scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Site preparation, including removal of existing fencing.
- Supply of all fencing materials, gates, posts, and hardware.
- Installation of the new fence in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, and safety regulations.
- Providing warranties for materials and workmanship.
- Cleanup of the site after completion of work.
