Scope	The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with one qualified firm for Education and Training and outreach services, including but not limited to planning, developing and implementing education and training modules, website design, and outreach materials specific to DPS grant activities. The qualified firm may have partners or subcontractors; however, the prime contractor must have the required experience in Education and Training Services.
