NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Collin County, TX invites sealed bids for 2024-425 , Juvenile Detention Roof Replacement .

The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $ 350,000 to $400,000 .

Background

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. The Contract will be a general contract to replace the existing bituminous roof at the Collin County Juvenile Detention Center, located at 4700 Community Drive, McKinney, Texas 75071. Payment for the contract work shall be made pursuant to the terms of the Contract Documents.
