Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. Project Description: Facility improvements & upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bid Package 10 : 05 00 00 Structural Steel & Misc. Metals Supply & Installation Pre-Bid : A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid &/or site walk meeting will be held July 23, 2025 @ 1:00 PM at the PCL/Sundt JV jobsite trailer at: 10001 Pan American Drive, El Paso, TX 79927. PPE required for Site Walk. RFI : All questions, clarifications, or coordination issues must be in writing no later than Ten (10) business days before the bid date.
