Scope of Services
The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Huntington Collection Center Fence Project. The work includes the labor to construct about one (1) mile of field fence with the needed braces and gates at the Huntington Collection Center, located at 1551 County Road 308, Crescent City, Florida 32112. Putnam County Solid Waste Department will buy all materials, except staples. The Contractor will need to provide the staples with a minimum of 1 ¾” with barbs.
Base Bid

The Base Bid consists of the labor needed to construct about one (1) mile of field fence with the needed braces and gates and the removal of the old fence including all clearing of Right of Ways.
