Overview

Summary

The work is for services to daily load and haul sludge from the City of Palo Alto’s sludge dewatering facility. CONTRACTOR referred to herein as the “Hauler” shall transport sludge to disposal sites as listed in this scope of services.

The current sludge hauler is Synagro-WWT, Inc (reassigned from Denali Water Solutions, LLC). The term of the current contract with Synagro-WWT, Inc ends March 31, 2025. Daily sludge hauling services in this contract must begin April 1, 2025 and continue through the end of the term listed in Section 3 of the Agreement.

This work requires backup treatment facilities. The Hauler’s backup treatment sites are as listed in this scope of services.
