NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Electronic bids will be received by the Washington County Engineers Office on behalf of the Board

of Muskingum Township Trustees of Washington County, Ohio, via BidExpress.com, until 9:00 a.m.,

Prevailing Local Time on Tuesday, the 26th day of May, 2026 and will be opened and read immediately

thereafter for:

The furnishing of all services, labor, equipment and materials required for resurfacing of 7.85 miles

of roadways in Devola, in Muskingum Township.

NOTICE: ONLY BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS WHO ARE

CURRENTLY PREQUALIFIED BY THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT) SHALL

BE ACCEPTED.

Copies of the Construction Plans, Bidding Forms, and Specifications on the Unit Price Contract

may be viewed on Bidexpress.com. A copy of the ODOT specifications is available in the County Engineer’s

Office for review.

Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or

letter of credit revocable only at the option of Washington County in an amount equal to 10% of the bid or

a bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code.
