Project Description

Adult Assertive Community Treatment

The Office of Mental health is announcing funds for the development of two (2) Adult Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams. These teams will be in the Hudson River Region:

• one (1) 48-capacity team in Saratoga County
• one (1) 68-capacity team in Rockland County

The ACT teams will serve individuals who have Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and have not been successfully engaged by the traditional mental health treatment and rehabilitation system.
