Location: Quake Park, 18501 59 th Ave NE Arlington, WA 98223
Budget: No more than $14,000 total expensesIncludes all expenses.
Liability Insurance: Public liability and property damage insurance with City of Arlington named as additional insured in the sum of $5,000,000 per occurrence and provide compensation insurance for all help and assistance as required by state laws governing Fireworks Displays.
Requirements:
- Provide Licensed Operator and Crew covered under Washington State Department of Labor & Industries Workers Compensation.
- Commercial Auto Insurance of $5,000,000.
- Provide a Washington State Public Fireworks Display Permit as obtained by the local fire authority.

- Supply all pyrotechnics and supplies for display.
- Transportation of materials in properly licensed vehicle with CDL/Hazmat driver.
- Remove all equipment and spent pyrotechnic devices and clean up debris from the immediate display site.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines and obtain any necessary permits to perform the display.
The City will award a contract to the qualified vendor who meets the insurance and requirements section of the proposal in addition to providing the best display value for the dollar amount being proposed, and quality of professional experience. The overall duration of the program will also be taken into consideration.
Proposals shall include:
- length of show
- show script
- quantity and description of each firework
- statement of experience
- at least four (4) references
The City reserves the right to reject all proposals.
