These funds will be used to provide a variety of educational, vocational and cultural services to participating Probation juvenile clients at each center. The goal of the center is to enhance community safety by increasing positive outcomes for young people under probation supervision and minimize future involvement in the juvenile and criminal justice systems.
All feedback or questions to the concept paper must be submitted via the City's digital procurement system through responding to the questions tab. If you do not already have a PASSport account, select the tab "click to create a PASSport Account" on that page. All comments and feedback regarding this Concept Paper are due no later than 2:00PM on February 27, 2026.
Anticipated Number of Awards: Up to 3.
