Summary

The City of Orlando (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide pre-employment testing for prospective new employees (job applicants) and promotional job candidates. Testing will include typing skills (speed and accuracy), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Accesss, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and SharePoint) and reading comprehension tests.

These services must be provided in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to the work specified herein.

The City of Orlando was founded in 1875, with an estimated population of 355,066 residents living within approximately 138 square miles. Orlando is governed by a seven-member City Council comprised of the Mayor (elected at large) and six District Commissioners.
