Question Date Asked Answer Date Answered Are Contractors allowed to "No Bid" certain line items for "Normal Operations" and bid only "Emergency Operations" line items? 4/22/2025 5:47:42 PM This is strictly for Emergency Operations. 4/29/2025 2:58:40 PM 1) Would this be a bulk ticket or would each SECO unit need barcoded as well as each contractor Unit? 2)Is there a Master Agreement that pertains strictly to fuel? This includes pole work, etc. 3)Are the Per Diems correct for Emergency Fueling? It is stating $100 per night for hotel however during Emergency Situations, cost are much higher 4) Does this also include day to day operations or is this bid strictly for Emergency Fleet Fueling? 5) Do you pay Mobilization Cost (by the hour) if we have to bring assets from other states/markets? 6) Asset estimation needed? Tank estimation needed? 7)Is it SECO provided fuel or from our contracts? Is pricing based on Orlando OPIS Index? 4/28/2025 3:38:26 PM 1. Each unit would be recorded separately. You may invoice by bulk though. 2. This is SECO’s Master FEMA agreement, and you can select the services you will be bidding on. 3. We have no per diem. If we have a base camp we may have beds available but otherwise this is not included. This is SECO’s Master FEMA agreement and the fueling portion will not be included in per diem. 4. This is strictly for emergency fueling. 5. No, your bid should have that built into it if that situation arises. 6. If tank is referring to drop tanks, we could need anywhere between 4-12 and we are looking for the price per tank and/or tank wagon. 7. Fuel would be from your contracts, and the pricing is based on the Orlando OPIS Index. IF fuel is obtained from the Orlando port. 4/29/2025 3:11:22 PM
