The City of Tucson intends to establish an annual requirements contract for the purchase of COLUMN PIPE AND INNER COLUMN ASSEMBLIES, as per the specifications, to be delivered FOB Destination Freight Prepaid to the delivery address specified herein and as required. The City intends to award on the basis of the TOTAL bid offered but reserves the right to award based on what is deemed to be the most advantageous to the City, and may result in multiple awards.
