BID 2026-14: Lien Searches

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Newton County Commission is seeking bids for research and production of lien searches of prospective properties for the 2026 Newton County Delinquent Tax Lien Auction. The Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked “Bid 2026-14: Lien Searches” until 10:30 am, Thursday, April 9, 2026, at which time the Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Sealed bids must be received no later than the above deadline and must contain enough comprehensive information for evaluation. Any bid not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified. Newton County will not accept any emailed bids, collect calls, COD shipments or postage due mailings. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Questions relating to this bid shall be referred to Newton County Collector Jessica Crawford at 417-451-8217. The bid invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission, Tel. 417 451 8223, located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850.
