The intent of the County is to obtain proposals for Capital Lease Financing Services for the County of Moore.  Instructions for submitting proposals and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
