23-03995 Maverick Park 2022 Bond Project

The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Maverick Park 2022 Bond Project.

Scope: Construction services to include historic architectural rehabilitation of stone pavilion, concrete flatwork with demolition of existing sidewalks, electrical service upgrades, pedestrian and pavilion lighting, shade structures, shade trees with irrigation and decomposed granite plaza area. Three additive alternates with scope of work are as follows: two pickleball courts with associated amenities, a paver entry area, and soil and grass with field irrigation.
