Description

Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all labor and supervision, to perform the onsite turnkey services for the overhaul of the main condensate pump, rebuild in-place of the main condensate booster pump, and rebuild and replacement of the A&B Reactor Recirculation pump seals at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS).  Work shall be performed during the CNS Fall 2026 Refueling Outage (RE34).

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT, March 24, 2026. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
