Category: General Notices Status: Open Description: The City of Lynn Haven intends to award a sole source procurement to 1st American Fire Services, LLC for NFPA-compliant inspection, testing, and certification of fire hose, nozzles, appliances, ladders, aerial apparatus, and fire pumps.
Based on market research, the City has determined this vendor is the only provider within the Florida Panhandle capable of performing the full scope of required services.
Qualified vendors who believe they can provide equivalent services must submit written documentation of their qualifications no later than 2:00 PM CST on Friday, February 20 th , 2026 to:
