Description: The City of Lynn Haven intends to award a sole source procurement to 1st American Fire Services, LLC for NFPA-compliant inspection, testing, and certification of fire hose, nozzles, appliances, ladders, aerial apparatus, and fire pumps. Based on market research, the City has determined this vendor is the only provider within the Florida Panhandle capable of performing the full scope of required services.
