Description:	The Washington Department of Commerce, is soliciting Proposals in participating and supporting Washington’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) through the delivery of training and technical assistance services. Thus, meeting the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) requirements for training and technical assistance. The scope of work for this project will meet and exceed the minimum requirements for the DOE Quality Work Plan (QWP)
