Project Description

The City of Saco is soliciting bids for Hot Mix Asphalt for the period of April 1, 2026, to April 1, 2027.  Bids must be submitted on the bid response form in a sealed envelope marked “2026 Hot Mix Asphalt”.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 18 ^th 2026, at the Public Works Department located at 15 Phillips Spring Road, Saco, Maine, 04072.  There will be a public opening of all bids received at that time.

Please note, Addendum 1 modifies the bid date of the 2026 Hot Mix Asphalt Bid to 1:00 pm, Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
