NMR-Avance III HD 300 MHz Spectrometer System Relocation & Re-Installation

Project Description:	New York City College of Technology (the “College”) of The City University of New York (“CUNY”) intends to purchase relocation and reinstallation services along with consumables for its NMR Avance III HD 300 MHz Spectrometer System, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law § 163(6). Interested parties should contact the individual listed in “Primary Contact” below to discuss this opportunity prior to the Due Date and Time stated in this advertisement. Supplier Shall Provide: One-Ton Tripod for Rigging of NMR Avance III HD 2 Each 300 MHz Power Supply 2 Each Pump Service Charge 1 Each Magnet Crate Pallet 1 Each Cryogen Machine Start-up 1 Each Local Zone Charge (Per Day) Estimated 12 Days On-site Labor (Per Day) Estimated 12 Days Transportation 1 Lot Prospective Respondents must download a copy of the RFQ from this advertisement Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A). Contact with College: The restricted period has begun for this procurement. Under the requirements of the Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA), all communications regarding advertised procurements are to be channeled through the Designated Contact.
